Sleepwear FAQs

What materials are used in your sleepwear?

Our sleepwear is crafted from premium bamboo fabric, ensuring unparalleled comfort and breathability. Our commitment to sustainability shines through with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, guaranteeing quality and safety. Plus, our attention to detail extends to biodegradable shell buttons, minimising the environmental impact that alternatives such as plastic and metal buttons create. 

What makes your sleepwear different from other brands?

Dawn & Dusk Co. sleepwear stands out for its unparalleled comfort, meticulously designed from scratch by our founder to offer a bespoke fit you won't find anywhere else. Additionally, our sleepwear features exclusive prints, adding a touch of uniqueness to your nighttime attire.

Are your sleepwear products suitable for lounging as well as sleeping?

Absolutely! They were designed with this in mind. Comfort is key. Wear them all day and night if you wish.

What size should I order?

How should I care for my sleepwear / Are there any special instructions for washing/drying my sleepwear?

At Dawn & Dusk Co. we do not believe in one-season sleepwear. That’s why we pride ourselves on using high-quality fabrics sourced with great care.

You can feel confident knowing we’ve got you fully covered—always. Here’s how we suggest you take care of your Dawn & Dusk Co. sleepwear to ensure it lasts as long as possible.

To ensure correct treatment please refer to individual care labels on each product. We suggest a cold gentle machine wash garment separately or hand wash with cold water.

Please take care with the following:

  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not soak or bleach. 
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Drip dry in shade.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not dry clean.

We use the best dyes available: however we cannot guarantee complete colour fastness on some fashion colours. 

Rough surfaces: may cause pulling to sleepwear.

Fake tanning products: will mark and damage sleepwear. Dawn & Dusk Co. recommends taking extra care when using these products and always ensuring they do not come into contact with our sleepwear.

Are your sleepwear products suitable for all seasons?

Absolutely! Our sleepwear is meticulously crafted to cater to all seasons. While individual style preferences may vary, our 100% bamboo material is specifically chosen for its thermoregulating properties, ensuring you stay cozy in the winter and cool during the summer months.

Are your sleepwear products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! Our sleepwear features bamboo fabric known for its hypoallergenic, antifungal, antibacterial properties, making it perfect for sensitive skin. Experience a comfortable and cool night's sleep with fabric that's gentle on your skin.

What sizes are available in your sleepwear range?

Currently we have garments in AU size 6-12, listed as XS to L. As a start up, we have limited sizes and availabilities, but have every intention to be as inclusive as possible when it comes to sizing. Therefore, we are aiming to make a wider range of sizes available for future collections.

Delivery / Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery within Australia is on us! So it’s free for all standard domestic orders. This is just a little thank you to you for supporting a small business. However, should you wish to have your order quickly and opt for express shipping, this will be at your own cost.

Whilst we’d love to give our international customers free shipping, unfortunately, as a small business we are unable to cover this, but we have reduced the cost.

 

How long does delivery take?

We will do our very best to send your order out as soon as we possibly can.

Delivery times are subject to Australia Post within Australia and international shipping times for international deliveries. These delivery times are out of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your new sleepwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We understand sizing can be hard! We also appreciate that you don't always know what suits your body until you've tried it on. We're proud to offer returns and exchanges for any reason on full priced items. However, there is a limit to one item/set per customer and the shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer. 

Data shows that free returns increase sales, however, it also indicates that more orders are being placed before carefully assessing size guides. This increases both outgoing and returned shipments - a consequence that affects our environment. The only proven way to decrease our negative impact on the environment is through mindful shopping. We urge you to refer to our sizing chart before you make your purchase.

Prevention is key! Make sure you read our sizing chart.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items, these must include the tags, within 14 days of purchase.

Please note; all Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

To action a return or an exchange, please email: hello@dawndusk.com.au and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you would like to return / exchange
  • Reason for return / exchange

Once this has been reviewed, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that return postage is not covered by Dawn & Dusk Co. under any circumstances and if shipping costs are incurred these will be deducted from your refund when items are returned or retained. Please use a tracked return service as we cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit.

If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, including the garment label being removed, makeup/fake tan marks, strong odours or perfume on the garment a refund will be refused.

Pre-Orders & Order Information

I ordered an item on pre-order when can I expect to receive my items?

As soon as pre-order items become available, these will be shipped to you. They will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Please refer to the email you received upon placing your order.

I ordered an item on pre-order but have changed my mind. Can I cancel?

No. We cannot cancel any orders, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style. Please email us ASAP on hello@dawndusk.com.au for any changes to your order.

I ordered an item on pre-order but it's taking too long. Can I cancel?

Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are only estimates and out of our control, so they are subject to change without notice. We will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.

Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

Please be kindly reminded that we proudly are not fast fashion. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice, in which a refund will be issued. 

Do you offer gift wrapping options?

At this time, we do not provide gift wrapping options. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Please email us directly on hello@dawndusk.com.au regarding any bulk orders.

Can I find your products in physical stores, or are they only available online?

Our products are only available online from our online store. They are not available elsewhere.
