Returns Policy

We want you to love your new sleepwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We understand sizing can be hard! We also appreciate that you don't always know what suits your body until you've tried it on. We're proud to offer returns and exchanges for any reason on full priced items. However, there is a limit to one item/set per customer and the shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer. 

To avoid the hassle of returning or exchanging your order due to the sizing not being quite right for you, please refer to our sizing chart.

We accept returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items, including the tags, within 14 days of purchase.

Please note; all Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to action a return / exchange

To action a return or an exchange, please email: hello@dawndusk.com.au and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you would like to return / exchange
  • Reason for return / exchange

Once this has been reviewed, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to return your item. Unfortunately return postage is not covered by us under any circumstances and shipping costs occurred will be deducted from your refund when items are returned or retained. Please use a tracked return service as we cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit.

If an item is returned to us that has clear signs of wear, including the garment label being removed, makeup/fake tan marks and strong odours or perfume on the garment a refund will be refused.

Faulty Items

We take quality control very seriously at Dawn & Dusk Co. If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at hello@dawndusk.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. You will be asked to return the item. This cost will be covered by us, so please make sure you email us so we can arrange payment of your return shipping through a paid returns label. Then we can work on the best way to help you - whether that be an exchange for your faulty item, or a full refund.

Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return and any faulty item should not have been washed or worn will fall under wear and tear items. Wear and tear rather than a fault found on delivery may not be refunded in full. 

Returns for International Orders 

Worldwide Shipping is available for international orders.

In line with our returns policy for Australian customers, we do accept international returns, but the cost of the return postage is at the cost of the consumer. Postage for exchange items to be dispatched will also be at a charge to the customer.
