Experience swift order processing with us! While we strive to process orders promptly, please understand that high-demand periods may lead to slight delays.

As a token of appreciation for supporting our small business, we offer complimentary shipping for all standard Australian deliveries. For express shipping and our international customers, although we're unable to cover your shipping entirely at this stage of our startup journey, we've slashed shipping costs.

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email containing your shipping details. Please keep in mind that delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control.

General Shipping Information - AUSTRALIA

  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones, and does not include our order processing time.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Shipment confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

General Shipping Information - INTERNATIONAL

  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
  • This is not within our control and Dawn & Dusk Co. is not responsible for paying these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.   • We can not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is our policy.
