Experience swift order processing with us! While we strive to process orders promptly, please understand that high-demand periods may lead to slight delays.

As a token of appreciation for supporting our small business, we offer complimentary shipping for all standard Australian deliveries. For express shipping and our international customers, although we're unable to cover your shipping entirely at this stage of our startup journey, we've slashed shipping costs.

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email containing your shipping details. Please keep in mind that delivery times are subject to external factors beyond our control.

General Shipping Information - AUSTRALIA

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones, and does not include our order processing time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipment confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

General Shipping Information - INTERNATIONAL

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

We can not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is our policy.
